Are Adept Cosmetics products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with manufacturers that do. The majority of our range is also vegan; please check the specific product description for the vegan icon.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Domestic shipping within the US takes 3-7 days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for open cosmetics?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team with a photo for a replacement.
Are your eyeshadow palettes magnetic and refillable?
